Montgomery County is excited to celebrate International Active Aging Week (AAW) October 4th – 10th, 2021.

Residents 50+ are invited to join us at a FREE signature event on Walk Maryland Day, Wednesday, October 6th, at Brookside Gardens. Come stroll the beautiful gardens with doctors from “Walk with a Doc”, participate in unique activities including Easy Zumba, Laughter Yoga, TaijiFit, Drumming for Wellness, an Instagram Scavenger Hunt, and more.

Drumming for Wellness will offer four 20-min drumming sessions throughout the morning.
