DESCRIPTION:Drum. Connect. Play. Feel Good. Jump Time to Practice Facilitation Skills. Bathrooms & parking available!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis summer\, reconnect with community and support your wellness with in-person drum circles led by Katy Gaughan and sponsored by Heavenly Well. \nDrumming regularly with a group of people boosts your immune system\, reduces stress\, increases endorphins and helps you bond with others. Best of all\, it’s FUN! No experience necessary! Each circle will include basic instruction\, games\, rhythms\, jamming and jump time for those who want to practice drum circle facilitation techniques. \nDrummers are encouraged to bring their own drum but drums will also be provided. \nThe drum circles will be held at a beautiful indoor-outdoor space that has shelter and plenty of open air for safe air circulation. All circles will be socially distanced. Free parking and access to rest rooms. \nEach drum circle is limited to 20 participants. \nSign up for one or come to all! Each session will be different. \nLocated in Greenbelt\, MD.
