DESCRIPTION:Boost your immune system and connect with community at IN PERSON drum circles at a safe\, airy space with shelter\, heat\, bathrooms & parking! \nThis fall\, support your wellness with in-person drum circles led by Katy Gaughan and sponsored by Heavenly Well. \nDrumming regularly with a group of people boosts your immune system\, reduces stress\, increases endorphins and helps you connect with others. Best of all\, it’s FUN! No experience necessary! Each circle will include basic instruction\, games\, rhythms and jamming. \nDrummers are encouraged to bring their own drum but drums will also be provided. \nThe drum circles will be held at a beautiful indoor-outdoor space that has shelter and plenty of open air for safe air circulation. All circles will be socially distanced and masks must be worn. Drums and chairs will be sanitized. Free parking and access to rest rooms. \nEach drum circle is limited to 15 participants and all must sign a waiver upon entry. \nSign up for one or come to all! Each session will be different. \nLocation will be provided upon registration. \nREGISTER HERE.
