Percussion Prayer for Earth and Her Beings
3:00 PM (arrive 2:45) Dayspring
We gather in the beautiful quiet of Dayspring to honor Earth and Her Beings with percussion prayer. Facilitated by the *heartful* and skilled Katy Gaughan, we’ll play a variety of percussion instruments with the intention of nourishing Earth and All Beings, including ourselves, with synergistic, vibrational prayers.
Sarah opens with an invitation for gentle moving on the land, a prayer for our time together, and a reminder to “show up” with an emphasis on our bodies. Our bodies and senses are bridges to Spirit, so we’ll focus on them rather than our mind’s chatter.
Even with many percussion instruments provided by Katy, we still invite you to bring your drum!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so you have time to walk to our site and get settled. We will begin gentle movement at 2:45!
