As modern day humans, we have lost that primal connection to our roots…that which holds us firmly in the Earth and grounds and nourishes us. As a modern day woman, we are taught to go, go go and give and give and give, until we find our selves feeling depleted and even more disconnected. Imagine your roots as a hearth that needs tending. Without care, the fire goes out. Depression (and general unhappiness) often stems from that lack of connection to the wildness that WE ARE.

Together, we will re-ignite that sacred spark, our root chakra, and reclaim our Earthen roots. We’ll dig deep into the mystery and potency of the root chakra, and engage in Earth based practices to fan the flames. We’ll dig actual roots and make herbal tinctures from the land, and explore the ultimate root medicine..the heartbeat of the drum.
