FREE program! \nWe provide drums\, or bring your own instruments. Please bring your own chair. \nKaty Gaughan of Drumming for Wellness will keep the beat going and lead the Drum Circles on Saturdays\, Sept. 7\, 14\, 21 & 28 from 11am-12pm. She is a a drummer and drum circle facilitator\, who loves bringing people together through the positive vibrations of the drum. Through her organization Drumming for Wellness\, Katy facilitates group drumming experiences for wellness\, community building and celebration. All ages can drum and benefit from the thrilling experience of joy and connection that comes with improvisational music-making. She has led drum circles in the DMV for the past 15 years.
