DESCRIPTION:Drum with community in an awesome space – The New Deal Cafe!  Drumming is proven to release stress\, reduce anxiety\, lower blood pressure\, increase endorphins and help people connect with one another. \nKaty will bring drums or you’re welcome to bring your own. Family-friendly. All ages. No experience necessary. This is all about having FUN while making groovy music too! \nAll donations collected for the Second Saturday Drum Circle on October 12 will go to World Central Kitchen\, whose teams are in Florida\, North Carolina\, Georgia\, Tennessee\, Mexico\, Gaza\, Lebanon\, Israel and Ukraine. \nStick around after the drumming to enjoy pub food\, craft beer\, wine or kombucha\, at this special member-owned cooperative cafe and award winning music venue.
