DESCRIPTION:We hope you can join us for our next SPARKLE: A Wellness Rhythm Circle with Katy Gaughan. Friday\, September 14th at 2pm. You will not want to miss this interactive\, outdoor activity. FREE & All Seniors Welcome! \nA Wellness Rhythm Circle is an opportunity to tune in and tune up your mind\, body and spirit. This 60-minute experience incorporates drumming\, movement and guided meditation. Reduce your stress and enjoy self care as you bond with others and create connections through the joyful vibrations of the drum. \nDrums will be provided for participants\, although you are welcome to bring your own! No prior experience is necessary.  \nPresented by Silver Spring Town Center Inc. in collaboration with the Silver Spring Village\, the SPARKLE Program is a monthly community outreach series in the Silver Spring Civic Building that enriches the lives of seniors in our area.  SPARKLE stands for Senior Programs Aimed at Re-Kindling Lifetime Engagement.
