Tune in and tune up your mind, body and spirit with a 6-Session Wellness Rhythm Circles Series.

Wellness Rhythm Circles incorporate drumming, breath work, chanting, movement and guided meditation. Each week focuses on a different theme related to rhythm and wellness.

Tuesdays, 7:30-9pm
October 10, 17, 24, Nov. 7, 14, 21  (skipping Halloween)
Mishkan Torah in Greenbelt, MD
Each week will have a different theme to support your wellness.

Advance registration is strongly encouraged.
Early bird registration by September 19: $72
Regular registration by October 9: $90
Drop in: $20/session

Drum rental is $5 extra per session.
